Leads Oracle Fusion HCM talent and employee experience solutions across Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Engagement. Partners with HR and IT stakeholders on requirements, process design, configuration, integrations, data quality, testing, releases, support, and continuous improvement. Serves as the functional expert for international HCM operations, employee journey optimization, AI-enabled capabilities, vendor coordination, reporting, and complex issue resolution.

Owns enterprise AI assistant platforms, including administration, user access, licensing, support, adoption, cost management, reporting, release evaluation, governance, and risk coordination. The role configures and supports tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT Enterprise; evaluates connectors, plug-ins, and agents; develops training and documentation; monitors usage and costs; and partners with IT, cybersecurity, identity, legal, procurement, and vendors.

Leads Oracle Fusion HCM functional ownership across Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation. Partners with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design and configure solutions, manage data, integrations, testing, releases, support, vendors, and continuous improvement. Oversees international requirements, compliance, reporting, payroll impacts, employee experience, and adoption of AI-enabled HCM capabilities.
