Software
Lead the technical direction and architecture of Grafana Cloud’s Session Replay product across frontend, backend, and data systems. Design columnar storage, ingestion pipelines, data models, and query patterns for high-volume session data. Build cross-product debugging workflows, partner with customers and internal teams, improve engineering practices, make architectural decisions, and mentor engineers.

Lead and mentor Commercial Account Executives across a regional territory, driving revenue growth, pipeline development, strategic sales planning, quota attainment, and complex deal execution.
