Leads and scales Grafana Labs’ East Coast Solutions Engineering organization, managing high-performing SE teams and building processes, playbooks, enablement, and job architectures. Partners with sales leadership on complex enterprise opportunities, improves win rates, engages strategically with customers, and channels field feedback into product and go-to-market strategy. The role requires experience in second-line SE leadership, team scaling, high-growth startups, open-source or developer-focused go-to-market motions, observability, and enterprise sales.

Leads two distributed frontend engineering squads responsible for platform foundations, navigation, search, and resource organization. Oversees hiring, team development, technical direction, delivery, customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, and operational excellence. Partners with Product and Design, drives AI and automation adoption, maintains engineering standards, participates in management on-call, and improves productivity, reliability, accessibility, and customer outcomes across Grafana’s open-source and cloud products.

Own technical customer engagements for Grafana Labs’ acquisition sales team. Partner with Sales to deliver product demonstrations, presentations, technical evaluations, and value propositions; qualify and close opportunities; communicate customer and competitive insights to Product and Engineering; and create documentation, blogs, videos, and enablement materials.
