Senior Counsel will advise Kaplan North America on labor and employment law, defend regulatory and employee actions, and draft and negotiate employment, HR, vendor, and commercial contracts. The role supports Human Resources and Operations, advises corporate stakeholders, handles legal submissions and transactions, and provides broad legal counsel with independent judgment in a fully remote environment. Occasional travel is required.

Develops and leads GEO, AI search, SEO, content, and off-page outreach strategies across Kaplan and higher education client portfolios. The role builds entity authority, improves brand visibility and sentiment across AI platforms, manages publisher engagement, audits third-party information, analyzes AI performance metrics, and coordinates cross-functional marketing, product, legal, editorial, and web teams. It also applies AI tools, automation, technical SEO, and structured content practices to increase citations and trusted-source representation.

Leads creative direction for campaigns and projects, mentors and manages designers, develops visual concepts, and produces branded assets across digital, print, video, email, social media, websites, and presentations. Collaborates with stakeholders and copywriters, ensures quality and brand consistency, manages project timelines, and communicates creative strategies while maintaining current design and technology expertise.
