Provide high-level project, governance, research, and executive administrative support to the Chief of Staff & General Counsel. Coordinate cross-departmental projects, board governance, policy monitoring, crisis response, compliance and records management, prepare briefings and materials, and maintain institutional documentation to advance organizational priorities.

Provide individual, family, group, and crisis mental health services for clients aged 5–25; perform assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and community partners, maintain documentation, participate in supervision and trainings, and support culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.

Support the Director of Communications to create and publish content across email, social, website, and print. Execute digital campaigns, design collateral, manage social media and internal communications, capture photo/video at events, maintain media library, and analyze performance with Google Analytics to refine strategy.
