Leads global compensation strategy, pay philosophy, job architecture, salary structures, benchmarking, pay equity, regulatory compliance, and annual compensation cycles. Oversees compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions, manages compensation systems and data controls, advises senior leaders, and leads a team of compensation professionals. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders across global geographies.

Manages IT risk, internal audit, SOX, and control assessment engagements for insurance and financial services clients. Leads technology risk assessments, IT audits, control testing, client management, engagement economics, business development, and audit outsourcing engagements. Applies COBIT, NIST, and ISO frameworks while evaluating security, access, infrastructure, and financial reporting controls. Develops and mentors staff, manages client relationships, and supports sales and recruiting activities.

Manage R&D tax credit projects, including client facility visits, fact investigation, accounting analysis, cost schedules, tax computations, amended returns, and written reports. Supervise engagements, research federal and state tax rules, manage timelines and budgets, support business development, and collaborate with firm leadership. The role requires CPA or JD credentials, substantial R&D tax or accounting experience, project management skills, and willingness to travel to client sites.
