Provide primary clinical care and family-focused supportive therapy to adolescents and young adults (16–30) experiencing first-episode psychosis. Conduct assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, deliver psychoeducation, behavioral interventions, outreach, safety and wellness planning, coordinate community supports, provide off-site services as needed, facilitate transitions of care, document in EHR, and participate in weekly team meetings.

The licensed clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy, coordinates care with other agencies, and maintains compliance with documentation and treatment protocols while emphasizing trauma-informed care.
