Leads people operations strategy across recruitment, retention, compliance, employee relations, performance management, culture, compensation, and workforce planning. Builds scalable HR programs and systems for a multilingual, multi-site workforce; advises leadership and managers on employment law, investigations, policies, leave administration, benefits, and organizational design. Oversees HR vendors, budget, communications, and engagement initiatives while improving talent outcomes and workplace culture.

Own enterprise new-logo acquisition for Green Top Farms, managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution. Develop account strategies, proposals, RFP responses, pricing structures, partnerships, and executive relationships across NYC enterprise markets. Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy, forecast results, and collaborate with Culinary, Operations, and Account Management on transitions to delivery.

Manage daily operations, performance, and compliance across multiple workplace dining sites. Travel regularly to assess execution, train and mentor site leads, drive operational improvements, handle client escalations, report on KPIs, and lead site launches and special projects to ensure consistent guest experience and profitability.
