Draft and implement complex estate plans and trusts, assist with estate and trust administration, counsel on wealth preservation, succession, and philanthropic planning, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Provide high-level legal and administrative support to attorneys: prepare, edit, proofread, and manage legal documents and files (paper and electronic), handle e-filings, coordinate communications with clients and courts, manage time entry/travel/expenses, assist with special projects, and support team collaboration in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
