Performs bank and balance-sheet reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR support, payroll reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close activities in Workday. Helps transition the organization from cash- to accrual-basis accounting, resolve historical data issues, document close procedures, and support finance-process automation while working with the CFO and Controller Consultant.

Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of complex Workday integrations, particularly for Financial Management. Serve as a technical lead, advise clients, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoot production issues, review team deliverables, and guide integration architecture. Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle while mentoring consultants and managing technical risks, documentation, testing, and deployment plans.

Designs and executes change management strategies for HR, finance, student, ERP, SaaS, and AI transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include assessing organizational readiness and change impacts, defining future-state models, developing communications and training plans, supporting AI and automation adoption, delivering end-user training, tracking user adoption and KPIs, and advising client leadership. Requires strong organizational change, communication, analytical, presentation, and AI governance capabilities.
