Translate business requirements into PEGA Decisioning solutions, manage project scope end-to-end, create and maintain decisioning logic and documentation, execute UAT and regression testing, liaise between Marketing and Technology, and present status to senior management.

Lead product manager owning identity, authentication, registration, and onboarding for free streaming. Define strategy, roadmap, requirements, KPIs, and lead cross-functional execution to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, security, and business stakeholders to deliver and measure improvements across authentication and onboarding funnels.

Supports brand portfolio strategy, develops communications and investment briefs, manages strategic agency relationships, responds to brand association inquiries, and directs creative work for brand partnerships. The role collaborates across disciplines and stakeholders to launch cohesive, high-quality brand initiatives while managing multiple projects, priorities, and campaigns in a matrixed environment.
