Support Corporate Sales by creating quotes, multi-address orders, and invoices in ERP Gourmet and Salesforce; perform dunning for overdue accounts; liaise with Supply Chain; manage recurring client orders; and assist with client prospecting, events, and database maintenance as duties expand.

Process semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, verify timesheets, maintain employee payroll records, ensure regulatory compliance, reconcile payroll general ledger and benefits accounts, generate payroll and benefit reports, support audits, and respond to employee payroll inquiries.

Support the Corporate Sales team with administrative operations: manage client accounts, process quotes and orders, assist invoicing and payments, coordinate with supply chain and production, maintain Salesforce and ERP data, update sales trackers, and support events and client engagements in a luxury retail B2B environment.
