Support marketing initiatives, product launches, merchandising standards and in-store activations; conduct weekly boutique visits and reports; manage social media calendars and PR coordination; assist press events, trade shows (~10/year), and ecommerce content creation; track digital campaign performance and deploy brand content strategy with the Marketing & E-commerce team.

Support Corporate Sales by creating quotes, multi-address orders, and invoices in ERP Gourmet and Salesforce; perform dunning for overdue accounts; liaise with Supply Chain; manage recurring client orders; and assist with client prospecting, events, and database maintenance as duties expand.

Process semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, verify timesheets, maintain employee payroll records, ensure regulatory compliance, reconcile payroll general ledger and benefits accounts, generate payroll and benefit reports, support audits, and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
