Oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, benefits and payroll administration, HRIS management, compliance, performance reviews, leave administration, investigations, union-related support, and employee lifecycle processes. Manage Paylocity benefits and payroll workflows, generate HR reports, supervise HR staff, and partner with the Director of HR and organizational leaders to improve policies, procedures, and cross-functional HR support.
