It requires strong executive influence, strategic planning, cross-functional program leadership, and experience scaling enterprise technology and operating-model change.

Lead Salesforce Engineer responsible for designing, developing, integrating, securing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise Salesforce solutions, particularly Financial Services Cloud implementations. The role develops Apex, LWC, flows, integrations, data models, Agentforce capabilities, and migration strategies while optimizing platform performance and governance. It also leads release activities, collaborates with business and vendor partners, and mentors distributed development teams.
