Supports pharma and biotech clients across commercialization, market access, pricing, reimbursement, regulatory, and compliance initiatives.

Leads life sciences consulting projects from cultivation through completion, managing teams, client relationships, work plans, budgets, staffing, and timelines. Advises pharmaceutical and biotech clients on portfolio strategy, commercialization, market sizing, forecasting, brand strategy, launch preparation, and commercial models. Develops client-ready analyses, supervises and mentors consultants, supports sales and practice development, and manages multiple engagements while traveling to client sites.

Develop and implement pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies. Manage multiple consulting projects, teams, client relationships, proposals, market research, payer and KOL interviews, financial models, health economic analyses, and executive presentations. The role also involves mentoring junior consultants, producing thought leadership, and advising pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients on commercialization, value, pricing, and government policy.
