Leads enterprise data pipeline and metadata architecture using Palantir Foundry, AIP, AWS, and Databricks. Oversees ingestion, transformation, governance, data quality, ontology and metadata development, platform integration, document processing, and AI-ready data foundations. Partners with engineering and data science teams, leads matrixed teams, engages senior stakeholders, and manages Agile delivery. Requires extensive Palantir expertise, cloud data engineering experience, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Lead change management for utility clients undergoing technology implementations. Responsibilities include assessing organizational impacts and risks, developing change strategies and plans, delivering communications and training support, facilitating stakeholder workshops, integrating change activities with project delivery, and measuring readiness and adoption. The consultant advises clients through complex utility transformations while collaborating with project managers, technical teams, and business leaders. Travel and onsite work at company or client offices are required.

Provides PMO support for technology implementation projects serving utility and energy provider clients. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, reporting, governance, RAID and issue tracking, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, meeting facilitation, and process improvement across multiple workstreams. The role requires substantial project management experience in the utilities or energy sector, strong communication and analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional travel.
