The Sr. Account Executive will manage client relationships, meet sales goals, and leverage experience in IT sales, especially in Information Security, while engaging with C-level contacts.

The Account Executive will generate new business through networking and cold calling, manage enterprise customer relationships, and sell cybersecurity products, services, audits, and assessments. Responsibilities include configuring and quoting solutions, managing Salesforce opportunities, forecasting sales, developing proposals, presenting to executives, coordinating with vendors, supporting field marketing, and meeting sales and profitability goals. The role requires up to 50% travel across the New York Metro territory.

Supports regional sales operations by generating customer and vendor quotes, managing Salesforce opportunities, processing orders, maintaining accurate forecasts, analyzing pipelines, and coordinating with customers, vendors, accounting, contracts, marketing, and account executives. The role supports new and renewal business in a quota-bearing environment, assists with regional marketing events, and manages multiple priorities while providing responsive customer service.

Designs, configures, and operates ServiceNow Security Operations and Vulnerability Response capabilities. Builds vulnerability lifecycle workflows, risk-based prioritization models, dashboards, and SLA monitoring. Integrates scanners and security tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Defender, and CrowdStrike through APIs. Uses CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping to improve asset context and vulnerability correlation. Supports remediation coordination, incident investigations, governance, reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement for client exposure management programs.

Deploys and operates Axonius Asset Cloud for cyber asset management, exposure management, and risk-based vulnerability prioritization. Builds integrations, unified asset inventories, correlation models, dashboards, and automated remediation workflows. Supports CNAPP and cloud security operations, vulnerability remediation tracking, platform maintenance, scripting, API integrations, and client engagements. Requires cybersecurity engineering experience, Axonius or comparable CAASM expertise, vulnerability management knowledge, and automation skills.

Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, integrations, workflows, rules, and application onboarding. Lead or support IIQ-to-ISC migrations, gather client requirements, create technical documentation, troubleshoot deployments, and support UAT and hypercare. The role also involves client interaction, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to reusable delivery assets in a remote consulting environment.

Develop and execute Palo Alto Networks technical go-to-market strategies, support strategic cybersecurity sales opportunities, create technical campaigns and proof-of-concepts, and build company-wide enablement and certification programs. Partner with sales, engineering, professional services, and vendor teams to generate pipeline, drive cross-sell and competitive displacement, support executive engagements, and improve technical readiness across eight regions.

Implements and supports security data ingestion pipelines across applications, cloud services, infrastructure, security tools, and business systems. Develops transformations, parsing, normalization, enrichment, masking, validation, and delivery workflows. Troubleshoots data quality and pipeline issues, documents architectures and data flows, coordinates with client stakeholders, and supports SIEM, detection, investigation, observability, and automation use cases. Requires data engineering experience, scripting, query languages, integration knowledge, and strong client communication.

Leads complex digital forensics and incident response engagements, including ransomware, APT, nation-state, insider threat, host and network forensics, malware triage, cloud investigations, and threat attribution. Provides technical oversight, client leadership, methodology development, mentorship, tooling improvements, pre-sales support, and external thought leadership. Participates in on-call coverage and supports high-severity incident surges.

Leads end-to-end Cisco Duo MFA and access management engagements, including architecture, deployment, integrations, migrations, automation, device trust, security reviews, documentation, and client handoff. Supports Okta and Ping Identity projects, contributes to presales activities, owns technical delivery, mentors junior engineers, and manages client communication. The role integrates identity platforms with VPNs, cloud services, applications, directories, endpoint management tools, and enterprise infrastructure.

Participate in a paid, part-time cybersecurity internship involving technical development, security response, collaborative projects, shadowing, vendor training, and certifications. Complete in-house training while working with cybersecurity experts. Interns must be U.S.-based, available primarily during weekday EST hours, attend mandatory Tampa onboarding, provide a personal computer and reliable internet, and demonstrate foundational IT, networking, operating systems, and information security knowledge.

Implements, supports, and optimizes SIEM, SOAR, security telemetry, and data pipelines. Responsibilities include log onboarding, parsing, normalization, detection rule development and tuning, data quality validation, troubleshooting, automation, architecture review support, documentation, and continuous improvement. The engineer works in a client-facing consulting environment under senior guidance and supports multiple security operations platforms and environments.

The fellowship provides military spouses and separating service members with cybersecurity training and hands-on experience through projects and vendor training, aimed at enhancing their security skills.

Lead and execute complex DFIR investigations (host forensics, network analysis, malware triage, log/BEC review), produce technical and executive deliverables, automate processes, contribute tooling integrations, mentor peers, maintain client relationships, and participate in on-call rotation and incident response availability.

Sell GuidePoint Security’s cybersecurity products and services to enterprise clients across the North Central region. Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, forecasting, proposal creation, and presentations to executive audiences. Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, participate in field marketing, and leverage CRM for opportunity management.

Provide network security implementation and consulting for customers: deploy and manage Zscaler/SASE and firewall platforms, create network/security documentation, lead projects, and integrate cloud and SD‑WAN solutions.
