Leads full-stack software engineering and technical delivery for enterprise applications across the Microsoft .NET and Azure ecosystem. Designs scalable architectures, APIs, integrations, distributed and event-driven systems, and cloud-native solutions. Provides hands-on development, code reviews, troubleshooting, DevOps collaboration, CI/CD, production support, and operational improvement. Mentors engineers, coordinates technical delivery, manages risks and dependencies, and partners with Product, Architecture, Security, QA, and infrastructure teams.

Supports governance, monitoring, and IT General Controls for third-party relationships and external users. Responsibilities include due diligence, risk classification, identity and access oversight, least-privilege reviews, access certifications, MFA and DLP monitoring, incident escalation, remediation tracking, audit support, reporting, business continuity and disaster recovery activities, offboarding controls, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination across IT, security, compliance, legal, HR, and vendor management.

Creates, maintains, and improves sales training content, including job aids, knowledge articles, SharePoint resources, slide decks, videos, and e-learning courses. Collaborates with training, marketing, communications, operations, and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, accessible, and on-brand materials. Performs quality reviews, integrates feedback, supports regulatory and system updates, and helps equip mortgage sales teams with effective learning resources.
