The role involves shipping reliable production code, debugging incidents, improving observability, partnering with product, compliance, and operations, and mentoring engineers. Candidates should have extensive software engineering experience, financial systems expertise, end-to-end ownership, and Ruby on Rails or comparable backend framework experience.

Architect and build native iOS and Android financial products using SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, and GraphQL. Lead mobile architecture, infrastructure, testing, release pipelines, and multi-quarter initiatives while applying AI workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally in a regulated banking environment, resolve ambiguous technical problems, maintain performance and security, and mentor engineers across both platforms.

Designs, facilitates, and evaluates data-driven learning programs for customer experience teams. Responsibilities include instructional design, AI-enabled training, cohort and program management, stakeholder consultation, learner coaching, communications, and learning analytics. The role owns program outcomes, uses Kirkpatrick Model evaluations and KPIs to optimize learning, and mentors learners and junior team members while partnering with senior leadership.
