As a Finance Manager, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, analyze data, and collaborate with teams to enhance financial performance at Hack The Box.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end batch and streaming data pipelines on GCP. Migrate legacy warehouses to BigQuery/Bigtable/ClickHouse, orchestrate workflows in Airflow, ensure data quality and observability, and partner with ML engineers on feature pipelines, drift monitoring, and retraining.

Generate and qualify B2B leads through market research, outbound calls, emails, and campaigns. Book appointments for AEs, optimize outreach scripts, collaborate with marketing, and act as a product ambassador to drive pipeline growth.
