As a DevOps Engineer, you will enhance deployment processes, ensure system stability, lead CI/CD executions, and troubleshoot complex issues across the Duck Creek platform.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for cross-journey experiences and data products. Translate customer, business, and technical needs into requirements and user stories; partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams; prioritize backlog; support Agile delivery; run discovery and experimentation; monitor feature performance and iterate using customer and behavioral data to improve personalization and engagement.

Lead multiple engineering teams owning foundational services (identity, documents, payments, vehicle data). Grow managers and engineers, define strategy and roadmaps, ensure technical quality, compliance, operational readiness, cross-team collaboration, and financial sustainability of services.
