Provides kitchen and bathroom product selection, design consultations, and sales support in a showroom and customer homes. Builds customer relationships, meets sales and profit goals, follows up on leads, prepares orders and bids, processes returns, and maintains showroom standards. Requires plumbing design and sales experience, product knowledge, strong customer service, blueprint reading, aesthetic judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and order-processing systems.
