Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while iterating quickly. Mentor designers, strengthen design culture, and apply systems thinking, product reasoning, facilitation, and precise execution to complex human-centered problems.

Own commercial strategy and revenue retention for 75–130 SMB and mid-market SaaS customers. Manage renewals, negotiations, expansion opportunities, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, account risk, and strategic customer relationships. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, Product, Support, Finance, and Legal to improve retention, grow accounts, and communicate customer insights.

Own end-to-end AI safety and red-teaming programs for frontier AI labs. Design adversarial testing and jailbreak methodologies, evaluate models across high-severity harm categories and agentic settings, lead expert testing teams, partner with policy stakeholders, synthesize findings into reports, and develop workforce models to improve delivery reliability.

Manage and coach three Mid-Market Customer Success Managers while leading a scalable, tech-touch digital Customer Success strategy. Build programs spanning onboarding, adoption, engagement, and risk mitigation; use customer and product data for segmentation; design AI-enabled workflows; establish operating rhythms and performance standards; measure customer health, retention, adoption, and team outcomes; and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience.

Serve as the primary strategic partner for enterprise employer partners, build senior stakeholder relationships, align on hiring objectives, drive product adoption, deliver training and consultative guidance on early-talent recruiting, use data to measure ROI and inform strategy, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement workflows and process improvements.

Own the full success lifecycle for complex federal agency accounts, including onboarding, adoption, strategic planning, executive reviews, training, expansion, and relationship management. Navigate government procurement, compliance requirements, stakeholder hierarchies, and lengthy renewal cycles. Translate customer feedback and usage data into business value narratives and actionable product insights while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.

Supports employer customer success by driving platform adoption, retention, and expansion. Executes recruiting campaigns, analyzes hiring trends, develops reporting and school strategy insights, advises employer partners as a product expert, creates training materials, and leads cross-functional projects to improve recruiting outcomes and platform value.

Own and architect the frontend foundation for Handshake AI Enterprise: establish component system, design tokens, engineering patterns, shared libraries, and ship production-grade UIs while collaborating with AI and platform teams to ensure scalable, maintainable, high-performance enterprise deployments.
