The Operations Associate executes operational workstreams across contractor operations, marketplace and allocations, trust and safety, and payments. Responsibilities include analyzing data, monitoring metrics and queues, resolving escalations, identifying process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams. The role requires sound judgment, organization, attention to detail, clear communication, and basic SQL proficiency.

Manage a portfolio of 60–75 commercial customer accounts, leading onboarding, product adoption, training, success planning, QBRs, retention, and renewal support. Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders, identify churn risks and expansion opportunities, communicate customer feedback internally, and collaborate with Account Managers, Product, and Engineering. The role also contributes to scalable customer success processes and assets.

Own end-to-end product design for Handshake AI’s central tasking platform. Partner with product, engineering, research, data, quality, and operations teams to develop strategic visions, conduct user research, identify workflow pain points, and deliver scalable solutions. Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while iterating quickly. Mentor designers, strengthen design culture, and apply systems thinking, product reasoning, facilitation, and precise execution to complex human-centered problems.
