Own end-to-end relationships for $100M+ frontier AI lab accounts, translating ambiguous goals into clear priorities, partnering with delivery teams, making high-judgment tradeoffs, driving expansion and renewal, and defining KPIs and SLAs to ensure customer and leadership alignment.

The Engagement Management Lead will drive customer relationships by managing the full engagement lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation, and translating customer needs into actionable programs.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, SaaS, identity, and collaboration tools; manage onboarding/offboarding, endpoint and identity platforms, license provisioning, asset tracking, documentation, and incident response. Partner with Security and cross-functional teams to improve IT operations, automate repetitive tasks, and support remote employees across time zones.
