Leads U.S. accounting, financial reporting, SEC filings, technical accounting, tax compliance, audits, budgeting, and SOX 404 controls for a publicly traded biotech company. Oversees complex financing and equity transactions, commercial launch accounting readiness, consolidation with Swedish headquarters, and cross-functional coordination. Builds the U.S. accounting team, supports U.S. listing readiness, and drives process improvements and systems automation.

Drives sales and launch revenue for a kidney transplant biopharmaceutical product across an assigned territory. Builds strategic account plans, develops relationships with healthcare providers and transplant teams, supports formulary and EMR access, addresses customer needs compliantly, and collaborates with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Operations, and Trade teams. The role also executes promotional programs, manages territory budgets, attends industry events, and develops disease-state and clinical expertise.
