Lead area performance across South East Asia by managing KPI-driven performance forums, tracking tools, and action plans. Drive accountability through structured calls, reporting, cross-functional collaboration with sales and trade teams, analyze KPI deviations, implement corrective actions, and deliver regular performance reports and ad-hoc analyses to improve sales and operational outcomes.

Manage day-to-day commercial sales activities including customer calls, performance reporting, rate proposals and RFQs. Schedule sales calls, monitor account performance, negotiate to secure volume, onboard contracts, prepare bid packages, coordinate with internal teams (Pricing, Trade Management, E-Business, Quality) and resolve commercial issues to meet service and revenue targets.

Manage accounts receivable activities including contacting customers about delinquencies, reconciling and posting payments, enforcing credit limits, generating reports, processing refunds, and resolving disputes while following company accounting policies.

Manage inventory and movement of shipping containers and equipment across depots. Track releases, bookings, permits, off-hires, repositioning, and overdue equipment; maintain data quality, vendor evaluation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Manage and grow a portfolio of NVO customers in Malaysia, build client relationships, create sales plans, provide market feedback, enable fast quotations, encourage web tools usage, and resolve customer challenges to achieve budgeted sales targets.

Manage equipment inventory and releases across depots and rail ramps, ensure timely customer equipment availability, create bookings, track overdue equipment, issue work orders for repositioning, control positioning costs, and maintain reports and permits.

Lead regional cost governance for North America, driving cost savings, P2P governance, cost validation, automation, and KPI reporting. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, manage and develop the cost control team, ensure system and audit compliance, and provide actionable analysis and insights to senior leadership to improve operational cost efficiency.

Provide administrative and operational support for sales execution: prepare quotations, follow up with customers, coordinate rate agreements and tenders, maintain customer data and Salesforce, assist handovers to Customer Service, and promote digital tools.

Lead the OPSS team to ensure operational data governance, master data accuracy, reporting and analytics, supplier oversight, and cost control. Provide management reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, and operational decision-making while coordinating with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Regional stakeholders.

Analyze customer service performance for satellite teams, drive process and performance improvements, perform gap analysis, present insights to stakeholders, build reports and dashboards, support cross-functional projects, and assist the Customer Service team with issues.

Coordinate planning and execution of cargo operations across the shipment lifecycle, including documentation review, load/discharge lists, DG handling, manifests, cost estimates for special cargo, reconciliations, work orders, terminal reports, and stakeholder coordination to ensure compliance and timely vessel finalization.
