Lead area performance across South East Asia by managing KPI-driven performance forums, tracking tools, and action plans. Drive accountability through structured calls, reporting, cross-functional collaboration with sales and trade teams, analyze KPI deviations, implement corrective actions, and deliver regular performance reports and ad-hoc analyses to improve sales and operational outcomes.

Manage day-to-day commercial sales activities including customer calls, performance reporting, rate proposals and RFQs. Schedule sales calls, monitor account performance, negotiate to secure volume, onboard contracts, prepare bid packages, coordinate with internal teams (Pricing, Trade Management, E-Business, Quality) and resolve commercial issues to meet service and revenue targets.

Manage accounts receivable activities including contacting customers about delinquencies, reconciling and posting payments, enforcing credit limits, generating reports, processing refunds, and resolving disputes while following company accounting policies.
