Responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with enterprise clients, driving revenue, and collaborating across teams to meet sales targets.

The Deployment Strategist connects user needs with product capabilities, collaborates with engineers, interprets data, and drives customer solutions and expansion efforts.

The Forward Deployed Engineer at HappyRobot will work closely with customers, develop new features, and manage integrations of AI solutions, while using full-stack technologies primarily React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.

The VP of Regional Sales leads the sales team, owns revenue targets, coaches team members, and collaborates with leadership on strategy and account management.

Serve as commercial lead on complex enterprise deals, co-architecting deal structure, modeling economics, authoring contract language, identifying contractual/economic risks, and participating in client-facing negotiations.

Own the post-sale experience for strategic enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, expansion, and customer health. Define success metrics, lead business reviews, monitor account health, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with engineers, deployment strategists, and sales on new workflows. Translate customer feedback into product improvements and create scalable onboarding playbooks and best practices.

Provide technical customer support for HappyRobot’s AI platform by triaging, debugging, and resolving customer issues. Diagnose root causes, design and test solutions, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and help customers optimize AI workers through prompt engineering and voice or transcription tuning. The role requires clear communication, independent prioritization, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
