Lead Harbor's global accounting, financial reporting, and controllership across multiple jurisdictions. Oversee month-end close governance, accounting policy, controls, audit readiness, ERP accounting processes (NetSuite), and M&A accounting integration. Coach and develop finance teams, partner with auditors and tax advisors, and drive process and system improvements to scale finance operations.

Lead CLM and contracting AI technology assessments, system selection, implementation, data migration, integrations, change management, and client-facing project delivery. Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, testing, training, and mentor junior staff while supporting business development and practice growth.

The role involves supporting legal hold and eDiscovery implementations, managing client expectations, analyzing data, and project management activities.
