Lead technical and staff management for traffic engineering and transportation planning projects across the New York metro area. Oversee traffic analyses, signal and roadway design, traffic impact and safety studies, multimodal and mobility initiatives, ensure compliance with standards, mentor junior staff, manage budgets/schedules, and support business development and client relations.

Lead project accounting across the project life cycle: set and monitor budgets, produce invoicing and backup, post transactions, review unbilled costs, support audits, advise Project Managers on financial status and contract issues, mentor junior staff, and drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency.

Support and execute compliance and QA audits across active engineering projects, track and report KPI data, coordinate corrective actions with senior management and project teams, contribute to continuous improvement of quality management and training efforts.

Provide senior-level safety oversight for construction field projects, ensure OSHA training and operational compliance, audit projects for safety adherence, and develop company safety policies and procedures.

Manage delivery of medium-complexity infrastructure projects through planning, design, and construction. Oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, finances, quality and technical compliance; supervise project teams; prepare scopes, proposals and resource requests; coordinate with business units and routinely interact with clients and stakeholders.

Lead roadway and interchange design projects, manage project schedules/budgets, attend client and regulatory meetings, mentor junior engineers, prepare proposals, and support local marketing efforts.

Manage preparation of contract documents and engineering calculations for bridge and infrastructure projects. Support project managers in tracking progress and budgets, supervise project staff, coordinate multi-discipline teams, interact with clients/stakeholders, prepare scopes/schedules/budgets, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
