Maintains and reconciles general ledger accounts, prepares journal entries, supports monthly and year-end close, completes balance sheet reconciliations, and ensures compliance with GAAP, FAR, and internal policies. The role classifies direct, indirect, and unallowable costs, supports audits, maintains compliance documentation, and coordinates with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and project accounting teams.

Supports design-build infrastructure projects across procurement, contract development, scheduling, estimating, financial administration, design coordination, and execution-phase project controls. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing CPM schedules, tracking costs and milestones, preparing invoices and forecasts, coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, identifying risks and scope gaps, and supporting owner, contractor, and consultant communications.

Manage delivery of medium-complexity infrastructure projects through planning, design, and construction. Oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, finances, quality and technical compliance; supervise project teams; prepare scopes, proposals and resource requests; coordinate with business units and routinely interact with clients and stakeholders.
