Architect and operate large-scale data pipelines that power startup, people, and investment intelligence. Own data quality, discover new data sources, and advance extraction and reconciliation through LLM-powered agentic workflows and evaluations. Work across backend systems, databases, search indices, and GraphQL APIs to deliver customer-facing data products and features, collaborating with GTM, Product, and Design.

Own post-sale relationships for approximately 80 SaaS clients, managing onboarding, activation, upsells, renewals, forecasting, and customer success. Relay customer feedback to product teams, improve account management processes, and provide highly responsive, product-informed support. The role requires strong communication, technical learning ability, commercial judgment, and in-person work at the Chelsea office at least three days weekly.

Build Harmonic’s first iOS app from scratch, owning architecture, project setup, product development, testing, CI/CD, and production releases. Partner with Product and Design to create polished, AI-native mobile experiences, establish scalable engineering foundations, make technical decisions, and mentor future mobile engineers. The role requires strong product intuition, customer focus, modern iOS architecture expertise, and the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment.
