Own technical implementation and onboarding for customers from evaluation through post-sale: configure, integrate, and deploy the product, run POCs, build repeatable playbooks, diagnose complex integration issues, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to accelerate time-to-value.

Prospect, qualify, and follow up on high-volume cold leads to generate sales-ready meetings; run discovery, multi-thread accounts, and deliver clean handoffs to AEs while using Harmony's sales tech stack and hitting quota in a fast-moving environment.
