Manages deal strategy, quoting, pricing, approvals, contract negotiations, reporting, and process optimization. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to improve deal execution, maximize revenue, maintain compliance, and provide actionable performance insights. The role also trains sales teams on deal desk processes and pricing strategies.

The Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer drives the technical evaluation process and ensures customer success by aligning business and technical needs and delivering product demonstrations.

Own growth and go-to-market transformation for Harness’s Internal Developer Portal. Responsibilities include carrying an ARR target, delivering technical demos, supporting discovery and RFPs, developing AI and developer-experience thought leadership, creating marketing and sales-enablement content, building business-value assessments and demo environments, and feeding customer-driven product gaps to engineering. The role partners closely with sales while driving the product toward a product-led or sales-attached growth motion.

Own growth and go-to-market transformation for Harness’s Internal Developer Portal, shifting it toward product-led growth. Responsibilities include carrying an ARR target, delivering technical demos, supporting discovery and RFPs, creating thought leadership on AI and developer experience, building sales enablement assets, informing engineering about deal blockers, and developing a sustainable product-led or sales-attached motion.

Design and build practical, end-to-end use cases inside the Harness platform, produce technical video and written content, run recording shoots, evangelize Harness AI capabilities to practitioners, and partner with product, engineering, and marketing to iterate using performance data.

Design, develop, and maintain software in a Java environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance the software delivery lifecycle. Focus on backend services, using Java and various tools for performance optimization.

Embed with customers as a hands-on technical partner to design, implement, and optimize multi-module DevSecOps and CI/CD solutions using Harness. Drive platform adoption, lead implementations and enablement, provide strategic advisory, analyze usage to optimize delivery, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence product and expansion.
