Build production AI-agent integrations embedded within enterprise engineering teams. Write code and scripts connecting Harness AI Agents to pipelines, repositories, ITSM tools, security systems, and infrastructure. Collaborate directly with customer engineers, prototype and deploy incrementally, create reusable integration patterns, and support customer transition to independent operation. The role requires strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code knowledge, integration experience, stakeholder communication, comfort with ambiguity, and frequent travel to customer sites.

Drive enterprise sales by winning new logos, managing the full sales cycle, forecasting accurately, and exceeding quota. The role includes account planning, C-level selling across IT and business units, consultative solution selling, ROI articulation, MEDDIC-based qualification, Salesforce usage, and collaboration with sales engineering and sales development teams. This hybrid position is based in New York, NY.

Manages deal strategy, quoting, pricing, approvals, contract negotiations, reporting, and process optimization. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to improve deal execution, maximize revenue, maintain compliance, and provide actionable performance insights. The role also trains sales teams on deal desk processes and pricing strategies.
