Own Harper’s revenue operating system, including funnel definitions, CRM behavior, routing, forecasting, instrumentation, pipeline hygiene, and funnel analysis. Partner with sales and operational teams to implement controlled workflow changes, automate repeat work, reconcile metrics to source records, and measure effects on conversion, speed, and booked revenue. This is an on-site San Francisco role focused on building a reliable, inspectable revenue system.

Lead Harper's content program: plan and own the content calendar, write and edit blog posts, customer stories, emails, and sales assets, interview customers, support field marketing, collaborate on thought leadership, and track content performance to drive authority, trust, and measurable conversions.

Own and execute Harper's end-to-end SEO and GEO strategy across traditional search and AI-powered discovery. Drive organic visibility for high-intent commercial insurance queries, lead GEO development for AI-generated answers, partner with content and engineering on technical SEO and structured data, and build measurement and reporting to deliver ranking, traffic, and conversion improvements within 6–12 months.
