Lead WinCap Timekeeping implementations for K-12 districts from kickoff through go-live. Configure time clocks, integrate payroll, train staff (remote and onsite), partner with payroll/business offices, recommend best practices, and manage multiple client projects while building long-term district relationships and supporting additional Harris School Solutions products.

The M&A professional will support acquisition strategies by conducting research, meeting prospects, analyzing deals, and managing diligence throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Lead sourcing and evaluation of vertical-market software acquisition targets, build relationships with founders and executives, advance deals with senior leadership and M&A team, use AI tools and maintain CRM discipline, mentor colleagues to strengthen sourcing and investment judgment, and travel across the U.S. and Canada as needed.
