Drive net-new revenue by owning full sales cycle for Lexbe27s eDiscovery and GenAI solutions. Prospect, qualify, demo, respond to RFPs, negotiate contracts, and close new customers. Build pipeline, maintain CRM and forecasts, collaborate with Solutions and Customer Success teams, represent the company at industry events, and consistently meet quarterly and annual sales targets.

Provide frontline application support for WinCap school financial software: respond to support tickets and calls, handle escalations, deliver training, manage bug fixes/enhancements, escalate issues to development, and create processes and guides to ensure customer satisfaction.
