Responsibilities include SQL Server and possible Oracle administration, Windows/Linux system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, releases, access management, disaster recovery, automation, documentation, customer communication, and ticket management. The role participates in on-call rotations and maintenance windows while collaborating across support, development, technical services, and business intelligence teams.

Administer and enhance the ServiceNow platform while identifying opportunities for AI enablement, workflow automation, self-service improvement, and cross-platform integrations. Configure Service Catalog workflows, portals, forms, scripts, and ITSM functionality; gather requirements; create documentation and test plans; coordinate UAT; support releases and upgrades; and troubleshoot platform issues. The role partners with technical and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions and continuous process improvement.

Leads research and development across multiple product companies, driving AI-enabled and agentic software delivery, technical roadmaps, release execution, product quality, security, modernization, and engineering standards. Owns R&D budgets, resource allocation, executive reporting, organizational development, and customer-facing technology strategy. The role also guides platform migration, legacy modernization, AI governance, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination across public safety and justice software portfolios.
