Lead development and execution of category strategies for software and infrastructure spend ($40M-$75M). Conduct market analysis, drive sourcing and negotiations, manage supplier relationships and contracts, use spend analytics and procurement technology, mitigate risks, and partner with stakeholders to deliver cost savings and business value while ensuring procurement policy compliance.

Manage regional and national employee benefits accounts from implementation through renewal. Serve as the primary liaison for clients, brokers, underwriters, account executives, and internal teams. Responsibilities include resolving service issues, coordinating enrollment and implementation, leading account reviews and renewals, supporting retention and growth, identifying cross-sell opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, maintaining documentation, and improving customer processes.
