Oversee secure loading dock operations by controlling access, verifying deliveries, monitoring traffic and alarms, patrolling dock areas, inspecting outgoing property, enforcing procedures, maintaining logs, preparing reports, and supporting emergency protocols.

Leads day-to-day security operations across assigned client accounts, supervising personnel, managing schedules, compliance, training, incident response, reporting, vendors, equipment, and business continuity. Maintains customer relationships, coordinates emergency plans, supports business development, and ensures contractual and regulatory requirements are met. The role requires 24/7 availability, oversight of security and life-safety services, and collaboration with law enforcement, emergency responders, IT, and internal stakeholders.

Provides front-desk security and life-safety services by greeting visitors, controlling property access, monitoring entrances, alarms, and suspicious activity, conducting patrols, enforcing building policies, assisting customers and employees, and documenting incidents. Requires professional communication, customer service, basic computer and security-device skills, reliable transportation, and a state or municipal security license or the ability to obtain one.
