Responsibilities include architecture, product execution, cross-functional collaboration, hiring and developing engineers, code and architecture reviews, and fostering engineering excellence. The role requires strong product judgment, technical leadership, and hands-on contribution when needed.

Owns end-to-end global mobility and immigration matters, including U.S. employment-based immigration, relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel. Serves as the primary legal advisor for marketing and communications, reviewing promotional claims, advertising, web and social content, email campaigns, events, and press materials. Advises on advertising compliance, privacy, data protection, targeted marketing, and consumer protection in the U.S. and internationally. Lead cross-team software engineering initiatives spanning web, desktop, mobile, embedded integrations, APIs, and AI-native capabilities. Build scalable retrieval, ingestion, agent, tool-calling, memory, evaluation, and security systems using React, TypeScript, Python, and Postgres.
