Leads full-stack engineering teams building user-facing product features for an AI-powered legal application. Responsibilities include architecture, product execution, cross-functional collaboration, hiring and developing engineers, code and architecture reviews, and fostering engineering excellence. The role requires strong product judgment, technical leadership, and hands-on contribution when needed.

Owns end-to-end global mobility and immigration matters, including U.S. employment-based immigration, relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel. Advises employees and stakeholders, manages immigration counsel and mobility vendors, ensures work authorization and audit readiness, and improves workflows, reporting, communications, and self-service resources. The role also supports scalable mobility programs in a fast-growing global company.

Build and scale customer community and advocacy programs that deepen loyalty, elevate customer voices, and turn customers into advocates. Manage user groups, councils, awards, research initiatives, events, and executive programs. Develop repeatable playbooks, operating processes, and measurement frameworks while coordinating with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Communications, and external partners. Serve as a trusted customer-facing ambassador and translate engagement activities into business impact.
