Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, engineering), manage vendors and capacity, enforce accountability mechanisms, translate business priorities into actionable plans, and ensure timely, high-quality launches.

Lead Harvey's global tax compliance, tax provision (ASC 740), and tax operations. Manage global filing calendars, coordinate with external advisors and auditors, improve processes and automation, maintain SOX controls, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate tax data and documentation.

Work with in-house legal teams to identify workflow pain points, design tailored product demonstrations, and translate legal work into practical Harvey solutions. Serve as customer advocate to inform product roadmap and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing to drive adoption of AI-powered legal workflows.
