The Senior Backend Engineer will design and implement backend workflows, build APIs, manage system behaviors, and ensure operational correctness while collaborating closely with the CTO.

Design, implement, and own full-stack product features and systems powering clinical and operational workflows. Build backend services, APIs, integrations, and frontend interfaces (React/Next.js); debug production issues; ensure reliability, maintainability, and scalability; participate in design, architecture, and code reviews while collaborating with engineers, designers, and clinical stakeholders.

The Senior Product Engineer will own the user-facing experience, building user interfaces and product features for clinical workflows primarily using Next.js, React, and TypeScript, while collaborating closely with various stakeholders.
