Lead and scale the Account Management organization across SMB, Midmarket, and Enterprise. Build structure, incentives, playbooks, and performance management; drive retention and growth; oversee technical onboarding, project management, and cross-functional partnership with Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.

Own end-to-end technical implementation of complex integrations: build n8n flows, direct API integrations, webhooks, and middleware; scope projects with sales; QA, monitor, and iterate on deployments; create reusable architecture patterns; surface product needs to R&D; act as a client-facing technical consultant including onsite visits.

The Sales Development Representative will engage with business owners and sales executives, book productive conversations, and contribute to the SDR team's strategies and best practices.
