As a Tax Principal, you will lead client relationships, manage tax return reviews, oversee teams, and maintain business development, focusing on high-quality tax services.

Serve as a Tax Senior supporting credit-focused private equity funds. Lead fund tax compliance, investor reporting (K-1/K-3, 1042-S/8805), REIT compliance, tax provisioning, and coordinate with fund accountants, administrators, and Big Four advisors. Prepare estimates, payments, and research, and manage communications across funds and SPVs.
