Design, develop, and support scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions including integrations, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, Fast Formulas, and data engineering. Translate requirements, perform testing and root cause analysis, optimize performance, support releases, and mentor technical staff.
