Healthy Alliance

Healthy Alliance is a non-profit organization that connects underserved communities in New York's Capital Region, Central New York, and North Country to a social care network of organizations providing essential services such as food, housing, and transportation. As the designated Social Care Network (SCN) lead entity under New York's 1115 Waiver, it proactively addresses health-related social needs to improve health equity and community well-being.
