Healthy Gamer is a subclinical mental health platform that helps the internet generation take control of their mental wellness through content, community, and coaching. Created by Harvard-trained psychiatrist Dr. Alok Kanojia (Dr. K), HG started as a recovery-style peer support model for video game addiction, and quickly evolved to general peer coaching with outsized impact on the gaming community.
Today, we serve clients across 70+ countries with peer coaching services designed to address technology's impact on mental health. HG is dedicated to providing accessible, inclusive, affordable mental health resources.
