Lead and define the fashion vision for Cosmopolitan and Seventeen across print, digital, social, events, and partnerships. Manage and mentor a fashion team, style high-profile shoots, build industry relationships, collaborate with editorial, creative, and commercial teams, and translate cultural and trend insights into compelling editorial and branded content.

Manages IT financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, capital project finances, vendor contracts, purchase orders, and financial reporting. Partners with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams to ensure spending accuracy, compliance, and accountability. Performs ROI analyses, supports business cases, improves procurement and invoicing workflows, and identifies automation opportunities. The role is based in New York City with at least three office days per week.

Manage advertising accounts across the full campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale planning and media strategy through post-sale execution and optimization. Develop media plans, coordinate with clients, agencies, sales, marketing, research, yield, and campaign teams, ensure order and contract accuracy, launch campaigns on schedule, analyze performance, and identify renewal or upsell opportunities. Serve as a product and category expert while maintaining client relationships, revenue goals, margins, and business compliance.
