Own Hearth's paid acquisition end-to-end: run and scale Meta and Google campaigns, build programmatic channels, manage budgets and P&L, optimize landing pages and tracking, run rigorous A/B tests, set up attribution and reporting, and leverage AI to improve creative, audiences, and bidding for contractor lead generation.

Design, build, and operate backend APIs and services (including AI integrations) to support and scale Hearth's platform. Own projects end-to-end, integrate financial service APIs, work with data pipelines, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and customer success to deliver secure, high-quality features for thousands of customers.

Lead Hearths AI product to drive $10M ARR by shipping data-driven features that reduce churn and improve monetization. Own end-to-end product development, partner with engineering to establish a rigorous, hypothesis-driven shipping process, and use customer insights and analytics to unblock engineering and increase velocity.
