Serve as Hearth’s primary IT specialist, resolving employee support issues, managing the MacBook fleet, and owning onboarding and offboarding. Maintain SOC 2 readiness through Vanta, strengthen access controls across company systems, document repeatable IT processes, and automate routine support tasks. The role is primarily onsite in NYC and may expand into office management responsibilities.

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, managing multiple requisitions from intake through closing. Develop sourcing strategies, calibrate hiring processes, advise hiring managers, evaluate pipeline data, maintain ATS accuracy, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The role requires proactive execution, multi-channel sourcing, strong candidate closing skills, and comfort operating autonomously in a fast-growing startup or fintech environment.

Founding GTM Engineer builds and ships go-to-market systems that drive revenue: routing, scoring, outreach, automation, AI agents, and measurement. You'll integrate CRM/data stacks, push AI into production, co-own GTM metrics with Sales and Marketing, and hire as the function scales.
